SpartanNash invites motivated interns to contribute to a first-rate wholesale grocery operation in Norfolk, VA. You’ll gain hands-on experience across distribution centers, stores, and offices, while collaborating with managers and teams to deliver meaningful projects.

As an Intern, you’ll work on daily operations, analytics, and business development tasks, with mentorship, shadowing opportunities, and professional development through courses and workshops.

Competenze

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Will have completed their Sophomore year by the start of the internship.
• In good academic standing, with a preferred minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Currently majoring in Business Management, Finance or related field.
• Proficient with Google’s suite of products preferred.
• Have proficiency in Microsoft Excel (required).
• Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Demonstrate strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.
• Able to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Are organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Bring curiosity, initiative and willingness to learn and contribute

Position Overview

As an Intern you will have the unique opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in the wholesale grocery industry, contribute to meaningful projects, and better understand what goes into running one of the largest privately held companies in the US.
