LandGraphics Landscape & Arborcare Management, Inc. is seeking a Business Developer for commercial landscaping. This field-based role focuses on prospecting, lead generation, and closing new business to fuel growth.

You will hunt for opportunities, present customized maintenance solutions, and work with operations and estimators on pricing and planning. Strong field presence and CRM usage are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B sales experience (landscaping, facilities, or service industry preferred).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable working independently in the field.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Able to pass background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

Business Developer – Commercial Landscaping

We’re seeking a true 'hunter’ Business Developer who thrives on prospecting, uncovering new opportunities, and winning new business. This is not an account management role; it’s about forging new relationships, generating leads, and closing deals to drive growth. You’ll be in the field daily, actively searching for commercial property prospects, presenting customized solutions, and securing long-term landscape maintenance contracts.

What You’ll Do
