We have an excellent opportunity in Business Development. The role is responsible for identifying and qualifying prospects and coordinating the pursuit of new projects. This person is self-motivated and self-reliant and is deeply engaged in the development of new and existing AEC industry partners in an effort to create and maintain positive business relationships. This person has a solid working knowledge of the various contracting methods and contract formats including general contracting, construction management, design-build, etc.

Skills And Qualifications

• Five (5) to ten (10) years experience in Business Development within the AEC industry.
• Preferred four (4) year degree in construction or business related curriculum
• Demonstrated ability to lead successful proposal development efforts.
• Proficient in Customer Relationship Management software
