In this fully remote role, you will play a critical part in driving new business initiatives, establishing and nurturing client relationships, and enhancing our service offerings within the recruitment space. Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends and client needs.
  • Prepare compelling proposals and presentations to attract new clients.
  • Collaborate with recruitment teams to ensure alignment with client needs and deliver high-quality talent solutions.
