Job Details

You will play a critical role in shaping how acquired RIAs transition into our operating model. This position is central to driving successful integrations that support the firm's vision, growth strategy, and long-term scalability

You are someone who is comfortable in an advisor facing role, has experience in mapping process, and being the connective tissue between the incoming firm and internal stakeholders across the organization. Ideally you have transitioned legacy technology and know what questions to ask advisors about their current state and how that will transition to the new operating model.

This organization is in high growth mode - you will be laying the ground work for how acquisitions, mergers, and rollups are integrated going forward. This is a new position designed to be the glue between the go between for the client and the business. There is opportunity for fast, upward trajectory that aligns with the high growth of the firm.
