What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct analysis to identify opportunities for member and provider satisfaction, regulatory adherence, and cost avoidance
- Translate feedback from providers, regulators, and team members into actionable criteria
- Initiate and oversee claim projects, collaborating with cross-functional team members
- Serve as a liaison between the plan and various functional areas
- Track issues and resolutions to maintain documentation and visibility

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3+ years of hands-on operational experience, including experience with CSP Facets claims tools
- 3+ years of business analysis experience with strong probing skills to gather unclear requirements
- 2+ years of experience with process improvement, workflow, benchmarking, or evaluation of business processes
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex concepts to a cross-functional audience

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 2+ years of SQL experience
- Health plan operations experience
- Medicaid and/or Medicare experience
- Intermediate proficiency with Visio
