Job summary

Octus is seeking a Business Data Associate to support our data team, customer success and product development. The role focuses on learning back-end data processes, data entry, data cleanliness and identifying process improvements.

You will gain experience with the LevPro front-end system in a client-facing capacity. Over time you will become a multi-tool player, help build client relationships to grow revenue, and develop a full front- and back-end understanding of the product with

• Contributing to client onboarding and implementations to better understand client processes and build rapport with client stakeholders.
• Developing and monitoring project metrics.

Role

We are looking for a Business Data Associate who will support our data team, customer success and internal product development. The initial role will entail learning back-end data processes focused on data entry, data cleanliness, and locating new process improvement opportunities. You will also gain experience with the LevPro front-end system (Research Management, Trading Tools, Portfolio Management, Compliance) in a client-facing role. Here you will assist clients with navigating and configuring the software, answering product and implementation related questions, defining requirements and soliciting feedback. Down the road, we envision you growing into a multi-tool player, with a complete front and back-end understanding of the product, who would contribute to building and maintaining client relationships to increase business revenue potential.

Please note that the salary range information below is a good faith estimate for this position and actual compensation for any individual may fall outside this range if warranted by the circumstances applicable to that individual. If we identify a role that would be suitable for a broader range of skills and experience such that we would consider hiring at multiple levels then the range listed below may reflect that breadth.

The base salary range estimate for this position is $75,000 - $80,000. This position is eligible for a quarterly commission bonus.

The actual compensation will be at Octus’ sole discretion and will be determined by the aforementioned and other relevant factors.
