Responsibilities

• Design and maintain scalable SQL-based data models, dashboards, and reporting pipelines using tools like Looker, Tableau, or dbt
• Partner with product and engineering teams to define KPIs and track user behavior across digital platforms
• Conduct deep-dive exploratory data analyses to identify growth bottlenecks, retention drivers, and monetization opportunities
• Build and execute A/B testing frameworks and perform statistical analyses to evaluate feature launches and marketing campaigns
• Automate data quality checks and monitoring pipelines to ensure accuracy and freshness across core datasets
• Communicate complex technical findings to non-technical stakeholders through clear visualizations and executive summaries

The analytics team works closely with data engineering and product stakeholders to maintain high data integrity, define core metrics, and build scalable reporting infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and maintain scalable SQL-based data models, dashboards, and reporting pipelines using tools like Looker, Tableau, or dbt
• Partner with product and engineering teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and track user behavior across digital platforms
• Conduct deep-dive exploratory data analyses to identify growth bottlenecks, retention drivers, and monetization opportunities
• Build and execute A/B testing frameworks, performing statistical analysis to evaluate feature launches and marketing campaigns
• Automate data quality checks and monitoring pipelines to ensure accuracy and freshness across all core business datasets
• Communicate complex technical findings to non-technical stakeholders through clear visualizations and executive summaries

What We Are Looking For

• 3–6 years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or a quantitative engineering role within a tech environment
• Advanced SQL and Python proficiency; strong experience with data warehouse platforms such as Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift
• Demonstrated expertise in data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, or PowerBI) and data modeling best practices (dimensional modeling, dbt)
• Solid foundation in statistical analysis, experimental design, hypothesis testing, and cohort analysis
• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field
• Bonus: Experience with event-tracking tools like Segment or Amplitude, and familiarity with orchestration tools like Airflow
