Role Summary

We are looking for a curious and business-minded Business Controller to join Scania Financial Services at our head office in Södertälje. In this role, you will play a key part in providing financial insights that support strategic decision-making across a global organization. Working closely with business units, finance managers, and key stakeholders across our markets, you will help drive performance, planning, and continuous improvement in an international and dynamic environment.

Job Responsibilities
  • Prepare monthly analysis of the consolidated financial performance for Scania Financial Services
  • Coordinate and drive financial planning processes

You will be part of a global context, working closely with finance managers and colleagues across our markets, as well as with Scania Commercial Operations, the headoffice TRATON Financial Services and other stakeholders within the group.

Who You Are

You bring a combination of strong analytical skills, business acumen, and a genuine curiosity to understand what drives performance. To succeed in this role, you have:

  • A master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Experience in business control, financial analysis, or a similar finance role.
  • The ability to translate financial data into clear insights and recommendations that support decision-making.
  • A structured and proactive approach, with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to build trust across functions and cultures.
  • A collaborative attitude and a genuine interest in working in an international environment.
  • Advanced Excel skills and fluency in English.

It is also an advantage if you have:

  • Experience from the financial services industry.
  • Experience working with HFM, Power BI, or similar reporting and analytics tools.
  • Knowledge of Swedish or other languages.
