Job summary

UST is seeking an experienced Business Process Analyst with a strong business continuity background to conduct BIAs, perform risk assessments, and guide components of the Business Continuity Plan (BCP).

You will lead BIAs across multiple units, identify critical functions and dependencies, and craft BCP framework components for long-term maintenance. Collaboration with project teams and clear risk reporting are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Process Analyst, Business Continuity Analyst, or similar role.
• Hands-on BIAs and RTO/RPO metrics experience.
• Operational risk assessments with threat/vulnerability scoring.
• Contributing to Business Continuity Plan development.

Responsibilities

• Conduct BIAs across in-scope units using interviews and workshops.
• Identify critical functions, dependencies, and IT/vendor risks.
• Draft BCP framework components and templates for long-term maintenance.
• Review continuity materials to identify gaps and advise on best practices.
• Partner with the Project Manager and provide status updates on risks.
• Perform end-to-end risk assessment of threats and single points of failure.
• Score and prioritize risks using a likelihood/impact matrix.
