Job summary

Samsung Austin Semiconductor is seeking a Business Continuity Engineer to advance the company's Business Continuity Program across the Austin and Taylor sites. The role requires hands-on experience with fab infrastructure and production equipment, plus strong analytical, organizational, and leadership capabilities to drive improvements.

Qualifications

B.S. in Engineering required; Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or Industrial focus accepted.
7–15 years of experience in a complex high‑volume manufacturing environment (semiconductor a plus).
Knowledge of complex manufacturing, production equipment, infrastructure and operations; highly organized.

Responsibilities

Conducting Threats and Vulnerabilities Analyses annually.
Identify and drive improvement actions with cross-functional stakeholders.
Design and execute realistic Business Continuity Program drills.
Coordinate activation for continuity events across sites.
Define, track, and evolve multi-site operational KPIs.
Build executive dashboards and deliver KPI reports to leadership.
