Job summary

Insperity is seeking an Emergency Management & Business Continuity Manager to lead the company's preparedness initiatives. The role oversees the development, implementation, and ongoing management of Business Continuity and Emergency Management programs in partnership with Corporate Security, IT, Facilities, HR, and leadership to minimize disruption and ensure effective response.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Emergency Management or related field.
• Experience in business continuity, emergency management, or incident response is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supports the Business Continuity program standards, readiness expectations, and planning cadence.
• Coordinates Emergency Management activities and incident response during emergencies or disruptions.
• Helps ensure team members execute, maintain, and test Business Continuity plans and related documentation.
• Leads preparedness training and exercise programs to evaluate capabilities across BCM and emergency response.
• Partners with Security, IT, Facilities, HR, Communications, and business leaders to strengthen organizational readiness.
