You will collaborate with leaders to strengthen continuity programs, leverage dashboards in Power BI, and ensure effective testing and documentation across the organization.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Business, IT, or equivalent experience.
• 2–3 years in business continuity, disaster recovery or risk management.
• ABCP/CBCP certification preferred or must acquire within 12 months.
• Experience in Financial Services; ops risk or IT preferred.
• Builds strong relationships with partners, in-person and virtual.
• Approaches work with creativity, challenging current practices.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; cross-site team capable.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Able to multitask and adapt to change.
• Experience with Power BI or other dashboards preferred.
• MS Office: Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word.
