Job summary

London Stock Exchange Group in New York is seeking a Business Consultant focused on quantitative data to support the sales team with data products, workflows, and customer insights.

You will lead technical discussions, collect requirements, and craft integrated solutions across Snowflake, AWS and Databricks while coordinating with Sales and Product teams to deliver proofs of concept and customized integrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong understanding of financial markets and quant/data-driven workflows.
• Proven record of supporting the sale of product solutions in sophisticated environments.
• Knowledge of LSEG Quantitative Data Solutions products, data, and technology.
• Knowledge of HTTP, REST, FTP, cloud platforms (Snowflake, AWS, Databricks), and data formats (Parquet, JSON, XML).
• Solid understanding of SQL.
• Experience with Python is a plus.
• Proficient in conveying information and articulate speaker; strong listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Collect customer-specific technical and data requirements through meetings with customers, partners, and third parties.
• Ensure clear documentation of customer workflow and requirements.

The anticipated base salary for this position is $145,200 - $242,000.Please be aware base salary ranges may vary by geographic location, city and state. In addition to our offered base salary, this role is eligible for our Annual Incentive Plan (AIP/”bonus plan”). Target AIP rates will be commensurate with role level and posted career stage. Individual salary will be reflective of job related knowledge, skills and equivalent experience.
