You will translate changes into member-facing documents and operational requirements while collaborating with Product, Regulatory, Compliance, Operations, and vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree and 3 years’ experience OR 7 years’ experience in business analysis, process improvement, strategic planning, research, project management, product administration, product operations or relevant health care industry experience.
• Project management skills with strong organization, prioritization and problem solving; strong oral, verbal and interpersonal communication; ability to accept direction and feedback.

This position is responsible for supporting the implementation and maintenance of Individual & Family Market (IFM) health insurance products through business analysis, document management, and cross-functional collaboration. The Business Consultant partners with Product, Regulatory, Compliance, Operations, and vendor teams to translate benefit, legislative, and business changes into accurate member-facing documents and operational requirements. Working within established processes and systems, the role helps ensure regulatory compliance, supports filing activities, validates updates, and coordinates implementation efforts across multiple stakeholders. The Business Consultant analyzes business needs, identifies impacts of product and regulatory changes, tracks progress on key initiatives, and contributes to the successful execution of projects that support divisional goals.

Required Job Qualifications:

Preferred Required Job Qualifications:

This position is expected to adhere to HCSC's hybrid flex policy of 3 days in office weekly at a listed approved location.

Compensation: $63,300.00 - $114,300.00
