Responsibilities

Litigation Associate with 3-6 years of experience with significant experience in business and complex commercial litigation in state and federal courts. Candidates should have substantial experience drafting pleadings and motions and be able to conduct and manage the discovery process. Qualified candidates should have previous courtroom experience and be able to manage all phases of pre-trial discovery, including drafting pleadings, conducting depositions, engaging in document production, and preparing for trial. Trial experience is a plus.
