Cencora is seeking a Business Coaching Coordinator to support pharmacy customers through proactive, relationship-driven virtual coaching. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain proactive relationships with assigned pharmacy customers.
• Schedule and lead virtual meetings with pharmacy owners on a regular cadence.
• Prepare for customer meetings by reviewing reports, account activity, and Salesforce notes.
• Conduct post-meeting follow-up with recaps and next steps.
• Document customer interactions and account updates in Salesforce.
• Support pharmacy owners with business coaching, goal setting, and progress tracking.
• Gather customer feedback on the business coaching program.
• Collect and review financial information, including balance sheets and P/L statements.
• Use Excel-based tools to support benchmarking and deeper business analysis.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer engagement and business performance.
• Manage a large portfolio of accounts with strong organization and follow-through.

The actual range may vary based on your locale. Ranges in Colorado/California/Washington/New York/Hawaii/Vermont/Minnesota/Massachusetts/Illinois State-specific locations may be up to 10% lower than the minimum salary range, and 12% higher than the maximum salary range.
