Title - Business Change Manager
Location - San Jose, CA (Remote)
Duration - 6 months
Pay Rate - $55/Hr - $62/Hr

Job Description

As a Change Manager in client technology Services, you will be a key member supporting initiatives that impact strategic goals. You will partner with program managers, product managers, and subject matter experts to define and execute end-to-end change plans that support business goals, minimize disruption, and increase end-user adoption.

What you'll do

  1. Develop and strengthen relationships, collaborating with executive sponsors, program team members, and functional partners to ensure organizational change is effectively planned and executed.
  2. Engage with business & IT team members to ensure cross-team and multi-functional collaboration and alignment.
  3. Assess the magnitude of changes and recommend appropriate engagement levels to minimize disruption and drive adoption.
  4. Deliver all areas of change management, including stakeholder identification, change impacts, readiness, communications, training, resistance management, and reinforcement.
  5. Drive continuous improvement by incorporating feedback and lessons learned, adapting plans as needed.
  6. Partner with stakeholders, the Field Readiness and Enablement team, and the broader BCM team to deliver change management plans.
  7. Establish and report on metrics for business readiness, leading indicators, and end-user adoption.
  8. Provide post-release support to end users, including communications, training material updates, and support during office hours.

What you need to succeed

  • Practical experience with organizational change management, including people, process, and technology changes.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience; certifications are a plus.
  • Exceptional communication skills across various formats and audiences.
  • Strong emotional intelligence and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to motivate and influence without authority.
  • Flexibility, resourcefulness, and resilience in ambiguous situations.
  • Effective collaboration across functions and levels.
  • Technical skills with metrics and analytics; graphic design skills are desirable.
  • Experience with Field technology is preferred.
