In this role, you’re expected to:

This is a role within the expanding Funds Operations programme management office. The role will manage a team of PMO analysts who support the Funds Change project delivery teams in the delivery of client change, client implementation and internal change initiatives.

• Reports on and oversees the total portfolio of Funds Change projects and initiatives, across all change categories
• Defines, implements and manages work intake and allocation to delivery teams across all funds operations change projects, monitors capacity and highlights prioritisation requirements
• Is responsible for the overall execution, control and completion of Change Delivery PMO, quality control and governance framework and processes, compliant with client and with Citi project management governance.
• Resolves complex governance problems, where expertise is required to interpret against policies, guidelines or processes.
• Implements frameworks to manage project management performance against standards.
• Contributes to the creation and/or maintenance of portfolio management tools and platforms (incl. tooling for Project Managers, Business Analysts etc.)

As a successful candidate, you’d ideally have the following skills and exposure:

• A minimum of 5 years experience of managing a PMO primarily in financial services
• Bachelor’s/University degree, Master’s degree preferred
• Expertise in project management methodologies and best practices
• Experience in creation and maintenance of project management office frameworks incl. experience with book of work management and reporting platforms
• Experience in interaction at senior management level of businesses
• Demonstrates capacity to work in highly pressured & volatile environments.
