Job summary

Superior Duct Fabrication is looking for a Business Central Administrator to provide hands-on support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. This role involves resolving operational issues, managing user support inquiries, and assisting in system setups. Ideal candidates will have experience in ERP transactions and strong troubleshooting skills. This position requires direct interaction with users to explain solutions clearly, along with maintaining product and warehouse data accuracy.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Strong understanding of ERP transactions and operational workflows.
• Experience troubleshooting data, queues, and system issues.
• Ability to work directly with users and explain solutions clearly.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary internal support contact for Business Central issues.
• Respond to and resolve BC support emails and requests.
• Perform routine operational fixes and general troubleshooting.
• Manage and update warehouse location assignments.
