Job Description

Manages a remote team of Business Card Consultants focused on self-sourced opportunities that are new to the bank. Responsible for direct sales and managing sales staff to achieve revenue, volume, and market share objectives within an assigned region. Develops and meets sales, budget, and marketing goals for products/services. Maintains profitable customer relationships, monitors market trends and competitors, and develops industry relationships. Oversees the annual budget for the area, trains and motivates staff, and travels 1-2 times per month within the region for visits and meetings.

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Typically 8-10 years of relevant experience
Preferred Skills/Experience
  • Experience leading a B2B sales team
  • Proven success in self-sourcing sales
  • People-centric, results-driven, accountable
  • Success in developing COIs
  • Knowledge of industry trends and payments background a plus
  • Advanced sales strategies, excellent communication, leadership, and relationship management skills
  • Strong knowledge of banking products, operations, and market trends
  • Ability to make independent decisions
