Manages a remote team of Business Card Consultants focused on self-sourced opportunities that are new to the bank. Responsible for direct sales and managing sales staff to achieve revenue, volume, and market share objectives within an assigned region. Develops and meets sales, budget, and marketing goals for products/services. Maintains profitable customer relationships, monitors market trends and competitors, and develops industry relationships. Oversees the annual budget for the area, trains and motivates staff, and travels 1-2 times per month within the region for visits and meetings.
