Role Description
We’re seeking a Business Broker to join the RightExit team. This is a commission-only role ideal for an experienced dealmaker or a rising star eager to learn the ropes. Brokers can work remotely (Florida-based only) or from our office in Vero Beach, FL.
You will be responsible for:
• Facilitating the sale of businesses from listing to close
• Conducting valuations and preparing Broker’s Opinions of Value (BOV)
• Advising clients on exit strategy and deal structure
• Coordinating due diligence, buyer outreach, and negotiations
• Leveraging RightExit’s tools and systems to streamline your workflow

Qualifications
Required for Senior Role:
• Demonstrated experience in business brokerage, M&A, or financial advisory
• Proficiency in business valuation, deal structuring, and negotiations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Current Florida Real Estate License (required by law to broker business sales in FL)
Considered for Junior Role (Associate Broker):
• No credential required, but must be actively working toward one (or willing to)
• Strong analytical skills and eagerness to learn the deal lifecycle
• Will work closely with a Senior Broker on active engagements
Preferred:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Familiarity with CRM systems, deal rooms, and financial modeling tools
Compensation
This is a commission-only position. Our structure rewards initiative, persistence, and results. Experienced brokers earn significant upside through transaction success fees. Junior brokers receive training and hands-on support with a clear path to advancement.
