Business Broker – Deal Flow Specialist

Location: Remote (U.S.-based preferred)

Compensation: Commission-Based — Earn 2% on Successful Fundings

About the Opportunity:

We are seeking motivated, connected, and resourceful Business Brokers to help expand our deal flow by sourcing businesses in need of funding between $100,000 and $75 million+.

You will play a critical role in identifying companies across various industries that require loans or growth capital, connecting them to active family offices, private lenders, and funding partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively source businesses seeking funding ranging from $100K to $75M+.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners, entrepreneurs, and corporate executives.
• Evaluate initial project fit and ensure basic loan readiness (business plan, financials, projections, owner bios, etc.).
• Facilitate introductions between qualified businesses and our funding partners.
• Guide prospects through early-stage documentation and information-gathering.
• Maintain an active pipeline of leads and consistently hit sourcing targets.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in business brokerage, commercial lending, business development, or similar fields.
• Strong existing network of business owners, executives, and entrepreneurs is a plus.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-driven, and organized.
• Understanding of business financials and funding processes preferred.

Compensation:

• Earn 2% on Successful Funding Deals
• (Example: $1M funded = $20,000 commission payout)
