Qualifications

• Recommends financial advice and guidance that align with client financial goals and needs
• Builds and deepens relationships with new and existing clients by leveraging the bank's capabilities
• Analyzes client financial needs and applies banking knowledge to suggest suitable services
• Connects with clients through outreach and pipeline management activities and follows up regularly
• Makes decisions on client requests and refers to internal partners as needed
• Collaborates with center leaders and managers to coach associates for exceptional client experience
