Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end client journey to deliver needs and drive sales while mitigating risk.
• Identify and refer small business opportunities and conduct relationship reviews.
• Deliver branded customer experience; spend significant time in the field.
• Foster partnerships with bank teams to grow opportunities.
• Advise on credit solutions and digital capabilities to meet business goals.
• Support sales delivery to grow the Small Business segment.
• Coach and develop teams while maintaining client-focused culture.
