Job Details

As a Transactional/Contract Attorney, you should have:

• License to practice law in Ohio
• Residence in Northeast Ohio
• At least 5 years of professional experience
• JD from an accredited law school
• Book of at least $200k
• Experience in business, tax, commercial transactions, lending, finance, or accounting (preferred)
• Core functions include drafting and negotiating contracts, advising on mergers and acquisitions, business entity governance, restructuring, due diligence, and regulatory compliance.
