Job Description: Corporate Attorney / Associate Attorney (Remote)

We are an established law firm seeking an experienced Business Law Attorney / Staff Attorney to join our team. This is a 100% remote position.

Salary Range

$110,000 - $160,000 per year (range is estimated; final salary will depend on skills and experience)

Job Responsibilities

• Drafting and negotiating contracts, advising on related transactions
• Advising on mergers, acquisitions, and business entity governance
• Assisting in the creation and restructuring of business entities
• Conducting due diligence and post-deal integration
• Maintaining current knowledge of laws and regulations
• Structuring and drafting documents for commercial and finance transactions

Qualifications

• License to practice law in Ohio
• Residence in Northeast Ohio
• At least 5 years of professional experience
• JD from an accredited law school
• Book of at least $200k
• Preferred experience in business, tax, commercial transactions, lending, finance, or accounting
