Job Description: Corporate Attorney / Associate Attorney (Remote)

We are an established law firm seeking an experienced Business Law Attorney / Staff Attorney for a 100% remote position. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of professional experience, a JD from an accredited law school, and a license to practice law in Ohio. A book of at least $200k and experience in business, tax, commercial transactions, lending, finance, or accounting are preferred.

Responsibilities include:

• Drafting and negotiating contracts and advising on related transactions
• Advising on mergers, acquisitions, and business entity governance
• Assisting in creating and restructuring business entities
• Conducting due diligence and post-deal integration
• Maintaining current knowledge of laws and regulations
• Structuring and drafting documents for commercial and finance transactions
