Job Details

As a Transactional Attorney / Contract Attorney, the ideal candidate will have:

• License to practice law in Ohio
• Residence in Northeast Ohio
• 5+ years of professional experience
• JD from an accredited law school
• Book of at least $200k
• Experience in business, tax, commercial transactions, lending, finance, or accounting (preferred)
• Experience with drafting and negotiating contracts, advising on mergers and acquisitions, business entity governance, and restructuring
• Assisting in due diligence and post-deal integration
• Keeping current with laws and regulations
