Bailey & Galyen Attorneys at Law is seeking a Civil Business Litigation Attorney to join our growing Texas-based team. The attorney will handle disputes for individuals and businesses, interviewing potential clients and managing cases through all stages of litigation, including trial.

Ideal candidates have experience in business formation, governance, contracts, commercial litigation, real estate, and construction law, with in-person hours typically 8a-5p, Monday-Friday.

Who We're Looking For: Civil Business Litigation Attorney

A civil litigation / business attorney to represent those who are involved in an assortment of disputes, whether between individuals or businesses. Attorney will be expected to handle a case, from interviewing the potential client in all stages of litigation, including any final trial.

Areas of experience should include:

• business formation and corporate governance
• business contracts
• commercial litigation
• commercial real estate
• construction law

Scheduled hours are primarily 8a-5p, Monday-Friday, in person.
