Salary Range: $110,000 - $160,000 per year

Overview: We are seeking an experienced Business Law Attorney / Staff Attorney to join our established law firm remotely. The role involves handling various transactional legal matters, advising clients on mergers, acquisitions, and business entity structuring.

Responsibilities

• Drafting and negotiating contracts and advising on related transactions
• Advising on mergers and acquisitions and business entity governance
• Assisting in due diligence and post-deal integration
• Maintaining current knowledge of laws and regulations

Qualifications

• License to practice law in Ohio
• Residency in Northeast Ohio
• 5+ years of professional experience
• JD from an accredited law school
• Book of at least $200k
• Preferred experience in business, tax, commercial transactions, lending, finance, or accounting
