Job Details

As a Transactional Attorney / Contract Attorney, you should have:

• License to practice law in OH
• Residence in Northeast Ohio
• 5+ years of professional experience
• JD from an accredited law school
• Book of at least $200k
• Experience in business, tax, commercial transactions, lending, finance, or accounting (preferred)
• Proficiency in drafting and negotiating contracts, advising on transactions, mergers, acquisitions, and business entity governance
• Experience with due diligence and post-deal integration
• Knowledge of laws and regulatory developments
• Ability to structure and draft documents for commercial and finance transactions
