A leading healthcare organization seeks a supportive role at the Patient Care Center. The ideal candidate will assist in monitoring KPIs, database management, and provide necessary support to patients and staff, contributing to a team-focused environment. Preferred qualifications include a high school diploma, customer service experience, and effective communication skills.
POSITION SUMMARY:
Utilizing the ASPIRE philosophy and processes, the BA will support the Patient Care Center, Centralized Department, and patients by providing services such as monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), database management, information processing, patient/department support, materials/inventory management, educational/training functions, and unit-specific tasks.
EDUCATION:
High school diploma or equivalent. Completion of formal business/medical training and a medical terminology course is preferred.
EXPERIENCE:
Previous experience in an acute care setting preferred. Computer proficiency required, including knowledge of Windows environment. Customer service and medical office experience are preferred.
SPECIAL SKILLS:
Effective communication and writing skills, including proper spelling and grammar. Strong interpersonal skills for cooperative work with co-workers and staff. Presentation skills, critical thinking, analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, prioritization, and time management skills. Attention to detail and ability to switch tasks efficiently. Proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking). Typing speed of 25-30 WPM minimum.
