The Opportunity
As a Business Architect you will lead analyses, interviews and workshops to illuminate the current business and operating models of our organization. In this role, as well as all roles within MassMutual, you will demonstrate accountability, agility, a dedication to be inclusive, a strong business acumen, and will show courage, even in the most difficult situations. The Team
The Business Architecture Team supports MassMutual’s Operations department by driving strategic support and business transformation throughout the organization. We have the holistic Operations business as our contextual focus, as opposed to a specific project, process, or function. We work with leaders and executives to understand their key business drivers and strategic needs. We are customer fanatics, focused both on driving great experiences for our internal business stakeholders as well as bringing the holistic perspective that improves experiences for customers and advisors.
The Impact
As a Business Architect you will lead work efforts to illuminate the current business model and operating models. Then, with a defined current state, you will facilitate the definition of future business capabilities or changes in how key elements of the business work together to deliver strategic value or provide a competitive advantage. Our team ensures the interconnections between the business processes, technology, data, and people work together to drive business performance throughout Operations.

$99,800.00-$131,000.00
