The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of experience in business analysis and requirement engineering, fluent in German to effectively conduct workshops and manage stakeholder needs.

Qualifications

• Experience with Pega platform is beneficial.

We are seeking a Senior Business Architect (German-speaking) to support Customer digital transformation initiatives on the Pega platform.

The role acts as a key interface between German business stakeholders and delivery teams, ensuring high-quality requirement definition, process design, and successful solution delivery aligned with customer business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct requirement gathering workshops with customer stakeholders (German language)
• Translate business needs into user stories, functional specifications, and process flows
• Define and validate business processes, workflows, and solution designs in Pega context
• Act as a bridge between business (Germany) and delivery teams
• Backlog grooming, sprint planning, story refinement
• Define acceptance criteria and support UAT
• Perform gap analysis, impact assessment, and solution optimization
• Ensure compliance with customer standards, GDPR, and data privacy guidelines
• Maintain key artefacts: BRD/FRD, BPMN diagrams, traceability matrix

Mandatory Skills
