Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Business Architect in Austin, TX for a hybrid, contract-to-hire style engagement lasting 6+ months. The role requires SAP CO expertise, including costing in Engineer-to-Order, Controlling and intercompany/inventory account determination, with at least two full lifecycle SAP CO implementations.

The candidate will lead SAP CO solution design, validation and deployment, partner with business and technical stakeholders, and guide workshops to shape requirements and drive

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 2 full lifecycle SAP CO implementations.
• Experience with SAP CO costing in Engineer-to-Order environments.
• Experience in Controlling, Intercompany and Inventory Account determination.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, validation and deployment of SAP CO solutions aligned with business needs.
• Facilitate workshops and collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements.
• Configure and support the full life cycle of SAP deployment.
• Work with cross-functional teams to translate complex business requirements into effective SAP solutions.

Job Title: Business Architect

Location: Austin, TX (Hybrd)

Duration: 06+ Months Contract (Possibility of extension upto 2 years)

Pay Range: $65-$70/hr on W2.

Must have skills:

1. SAP costing in Engineer to Order scenario

2. Controlling

3. Intercompany and Inventory Account determination

Education: Bachelors degree

Location: Hybrid - Austin, TX (Remote few weeks and some weeks requiring travel to client location 12515-8 Research Blvd, Suite 300, Austin, Texas, 78759)

Years of experience required for each skill? At least 2 full life cycle implementations using the above skills

What are some nice-to-have skills :

1. General Ledger Accounting

2. Fixed Assets

3. AR/AP

Industry experience is needed, since client is in High Tech industry having Engineer to Order, Configure to Quote, Make to Stock, Make to Order processes which requires specialized costing skills
