Qualifications

• Enrollment in a four-year university pursuing Information Technology, MIS, CS, Data Analytics, Engineering or related field.
• GPA requirement of 3.25+ (preferred 3.5+).
• Interest in pursuing a career in oil & gas industry.
• Familiarity with databases, data analysis, reporting, programming, or business systems is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Assist IT analysts with supporting enterprise business applications and resolving issues.
• Gather requirements from business users and document processes.
• Participate in requirement gathering for projects and process improvements.
• Develop test scenarios and support user acceptance testing.
• Analyze data and create dashboards/reports using Excel, SQL, and Power BI.
• Support dashboards, reports, and workflows to improve operational efficiency.
• Assist with application configuration and process automation under guidance.
• Document procedures, knowledge articles, and training materials.
• Support IT projects by tracking tasks, issues, and deliverables.
• Identify opportunities to automate or improve business/IT processes.
• Learn enterprise application integration and data governance basics.
