Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Defines and maintains system configuration to meet department requirements and adapts operations to system capabilities.
• Documents business processes and develops detailed specifications for programs.
• Leads requirements gathering, process mapping, and collaboration between users, vendors and Information Services.
• Participates in testing, validation of releases, and coordinating updates with IS.
• Provides training and supports workflow modifications for end users.
• Analyzes data to identify improvements and supports reporting for departmental and institutional planning.
