Job description

Under limited supervision, interacts with business partners and/or IT staff to gather and document requirements and software testing information.

This position is responsible for delivering critical features and initiatives for the Pricing and Revenue Organization. The role serves as Product Owner and/or Scrum Master overseeing one or more Scrum teams.

Essential Functions

• Understand current system functionalities and applications, becoming a functional subject matter expert.
• Owns the product vision and backlog.
• Builds strong relationships with business and product teams.
• Assists in integrating programs across channels with internal partners, managing program effectiveness against metrics.
• Manages requirements and prioritization within the product backlog based on business value, strategy alignment, and capacity.
• Queries and analyzes data in formats such as databases, XML, JSON.
• Oversees the product development process, providing guidance and clarification.
• Evaluates completed work to ensure quality and alignment with business objectives.
• Analyzes production and test defects.
• Performs test case reviews and validations for critical features.
• Mentors less experienced team members.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Education

Bachelor's Degree in business, computer science, engineering, information systems, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Minimum Experience

Five (5) years of relevant work experience in IT or engineering environments.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Self-motivated with curiosity, growth mindset, leadership, analytical skills, and product management capabilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of system, application, software, and business architecture and design.
