The Role

What You Will Do

• Own the day-to-day administration of Atlassian (Jira/Confluence), Slack, and GoogleWorkspace across a fast-scaling global team
• Manage user provisioning, access controls, permissions, and licensing across all three platforms
• Resolve system requests and technical issues quickly, unblocking teams and keeping operations moving
• Optimise platform configurations, workflows, and integrations to improve efficiency and reduce friction
• Maintain documentation, governance standards, and security best practices across all tools
• Act as the go-to expert, supporting teams with onboarding, training, and best-practice guidance

What We Are Looking For

• Proven hands-on experience administering Atlassian, Slack, and Google Workspace in a professional environment
• Strong understanding of user management, SSO, access controls, and platform security
• A proactive problem-solver who can prioritise competing requests without losing momentum
• Comfortable working independently and managing your own workload with minimal oversight
• Strong communicator who can translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
• Experience supporting distributed, global teams is a strong plus
