Job summary
The University of Georgia is seeking a Business Analyst in Athens to lead data analytics initiatives within the Student Account Services division. Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent.
- Advanced SQL and data analytics tooling knowledge required.
- Strong verbal and written communication bridging technical and functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Conduct business analysis to document functional requirements and system enhancements across enterprise applications.
- Liaise between functional business users and EITS development teams to align solutions with organizational needs.
- Design and recommend business process improvements and logic-driven solution models following industry standards.
- Write and execute SQL statements to validate data and support enterprise data feeds.
- Design, build, and support dashboards and reporting solutions (Argos, Smartsheet, Power BI, Alteryx, etc) to support division decision-making.
