Job Description

This position is an individual contributor role and will be a member of the Strategy and Quality Tools Enablement Team. This position is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automation and analytical tools to support the Provider Operations Strategy & Enablement. This role will review manual processes, reporting, and analytics processes in collaboration with Quality Insights analysts and leaders to execute on initiatives that improve efficiency, accuracy, and provide business value.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design, development, testing, and deployment of SQL-based automations designed to generate insights, increase operational efficiency and improve accuracy.
  • Working knowledge of analytical tools and ability to utilize a growing technology base to develop scalable and dynamic solutions.
  • Perform ongoing analytics and reporting to monitor effectiveness of tools, automations, and processes to support continuous improvement.
  • Consult on refinement of business requirements and creation of process documentation for reporting, automations, and analytical tools created.
  • Collaborate with Insights analysts and enablement team partners to evaluate and ensure the quality of data.
  • Establish a strong collaborative relationship with matrix partners.
  • Deliver concise communications detailing the progress and results of initiatives underway.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher strongly preferred in a computer programming or quantitative field or equivalent work experience required.
  • Proven proficiency with SQL/SQL Server Management Studio required.
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Python, and Tableau required.
  • Ability to develop strong client and working relationships with a globally distributed team.
  • Detail-oriented, with focus on delivering quality tools, accurate reporting, analysis.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication skills with a demonstrated customer-focused, service-first attitude is critical.
  • Exposure to healthcare end-to-end client analytics

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience creating dashboards through Tableau or other visualization tools required.
  • Process/user experience mapping and system mapping experience required.

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 77,300 - 128,800 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
