Qualifications

• Ability to translate data and insights into clear, actionable recommendations that drive customer and business outcomes
• Demonstrated interest in sales, account management and client engagement
• Experience from a business-related course, academic project, internship, case competition, student organization, or leadership role preferred
• Curiosity for understanding customer needs and Mastercard products and payments industry
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills across stakeholders
• Ability to work across regions and manage multiple stakeholders
• Organizational and project management skills in a fast-paced environment
• Interest in using AI tools to enhance analysis and productivity
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)

Responsibilities

• Support pipeline development and growth opportunities through market research and customer analysis
• Prepare presentations, proposals, and meeting materials for customer strategy and engagement
• Support sales and business initiatives through project management and coordination
• Analyze data to identify trends and inform recommendations
• Collaborate across Sales, Business Development, Account Management, Marketing, Product and Services teams
• Attend customer meetings and sales calls as observer to learn customer engagement strategies
