Job summary

tesa tape in Grand Rapids, MI invites a Business Analytics Intern to contribute to the Controlling team from May 17th to August 13th, 2027. You will design an SAC dashboard for NAM, help roll out to users, and work with Sales, Finance, and IT to gather requirements and train end users.

You will explore automating POS reporting and present insights to leadership. A curious, communicative student with an interest in AI-driven automation is ideal for this role.

Qualifications

• Must be a junior/senior pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Analytics
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with a BI tool (Power BI/Tableau/SAC) is a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to present to stakeholders
• Collaborative and curious with a drive to understand the numbers behind the results
• Interest in using AI tools to automate manual processes

Responsibilities

• Design and build a new SAP Analytics Cloud dashboard for NAM
• Support rollout of the dashboard to NAM users
• Gather requirements from cross-functional teams (Sales, Finance, IT)
• Deliver training to end users on how dashboards translate data into insights
• Validate dashboard data against source reports for accuracy
• Identify opportunities to automate POS reporting into a consolidated view for sales
• Present project results and key insights to leadership at internship end
• Other duties as assigned
