About The Role

We’re hiring a Business Analyst (Webflow & WordPress) to bridge business objectives with technical execution. You’ll analyze and improve processes, collaborate with stakeholders, and contribute to technical solutions that drive efficiency and growth. This is a fully remote, mid-level role requiring strong analytical capabilities and business process acumen.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes to identify improvements and increase efficiency
• Gather and document requirements from stakeholders across departments
• Translate business needs into clear technical specifications
• Conduct data analysis to identify trends and provide insights
• Support project planning and ensure timely delivery of milestones
• Facilitate change management through training and communication
• Identify and mitigate risks during project execution
• Assist in SEO strategy by analyzing performance and identifying optimization opportunities

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in business analysis or a related field
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, SDLC, and tools like JIRA or Trello
• Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills
