• Experience integrating multiple vendors for Workers’ Compensation claim handling.
• Proficiency with claims management and medical bill review solutions.
• Experience with agile methodologies, SDLC, and PMLC processes.
• Ability to create business process diagrams, data rules, business requirements, and user stories.
• Track record of Workers’ Compensation system implementation and support.
