GlobalFoundries seeks a high‑potential new college graduate to join the Human Resources team at a key GF manufacturing site. You will work with HR Partners and leaders to turn business priorities into people plans and actionable insights.

You will learn the business, use data to solve real problems, communicate clearly, and move with urgency in a fast‑paced environment while supporting talent, change management, and risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• Education – Bachelor’s or Master’s in HR, Business, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Labor Relations, Data Analytics or related field.
• Must have at least an overall 3.0 GPA and proven good academic standing.
• Fluency in English (written and verbal).

Responsibilities

• Partner with HR Business Partners and manufacturing leaders to translate priorities into workforce plans and actions.
• Support key talent and performance routines including goal setting, calibration, and succession planning.
• Work with HR teams to gather context, exercise sound judgment, and document actions clearly.
• Analyze workforce data to identify trends and build concise insights and dashboards for leadership.
