Qualifications

• Two years of post-secondary education or relevant work experience.
• Experience with LMS administration and configuration.
• Ability to document requirements and translate business needs to IT solutions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with staff and external consultants on complex university-wide systems upgrade.
• Evaluate opportunities to improve user experience during migration to the new system.
• Analyze and communicate technical solutions; modify procedures as needed.
• Balance needs of diverse university communities with deadlines and requirements.
• Support user acceptance testing with test scenarios and defect tracking.
