Job Title: Business Analyst - Supply Chain & Agile Product Delivery

Location: Remote (Brazil)

Duration/Term: Long Term Contract

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong IT and business expertise, particularly in Supply Chain domains. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with product managers and product owners to gather and document business requirements, refine product backlog items, and facilitate agile product delivery. The role demands technical proficiency, business acumen, and excellent collaboration skills across multiple teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product managers and product owners to gather and document business requirements.
• Participate in Agile Product Delivery, continuously refining Product Backlog Items with Scrum Teams.
• Act as a liaison across business units, IT teams, and external customers to investigate relevant information and provide actionable recommendations.
• Develop roadmaps to support strategic growth across the company.
• Utilize reporting tools such as MS Office, Power BI, Snowflake, SAP ERP, SAP HANA, and SQL for analysis.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of innovative solutions, including digital core, dashboards, APIs, cloud, e-commerce, real-time alerts, and AI-driven applications.
• Guide wireframing, prototyping, and iterative development aligned with agile principles.
• Promote a high-performance team culture emphasizing accountability and ownership of product success.
• Analyze cloud data lakes and data warehouse systems to ensure optimal data management.
• Contribute to product vision and roadmap, considering industry trends, customer needs, and market dynamics in CPG.
• Implement automated data quality rules to enhance data reliability.

Qualifications:

Must Have:

• Experience combining IT and business expertise, especially in Supply Chain.
• Proven skills in business requirement gathering, documentation, and stakeholder collaboration.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and Scrum frameworks.
• Proficiency in wireframes, prototyping, and iterative development.
• Ability to analyze and optimize business processes.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with effective prioritization and time management.
• Familiarity with cloud data lakes and data warehouse systems.
• Understanding of CPG market trends and customer needs.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in a global, highly matrixed CPG company, preferably in Supply Chain.
• Proficiency with MS Power BI for reporting and analytics.
• Knowledge of SAP ERP, SAP HANA, SQL, and Snowflake.
• Understanding of e-commerce, digital transformation, and AI solutions.
