Position reports to ED-Enterprise Business Design or designee. The UKG WFM Advanced Scheduler is responsible for leading and supporting the implementation, configuration, and optimization of UKG Workforce Management (formerly Kronos) Advanced Scheduling solutions. Collaborate with leaders across departments to design scheduling models that improve workforce efficiency, compliance, and employee engagement. Maintain and support the existing schedules for each department and work on ways to enhance and improve the user experience. Responsible for general UKG WFM help desk questions and collaborating with other UKG team members to ensure swift help to user issues and requests. This role combines functional consulting, UKG WFM management, and technical expertise in UKG's advanced scheduling modules.
Compensation: Pay rate will be determined based on level of experience.
